Who it is for
Initially the suite itself, then tenants who need a support desk of their own.
The problem
Every product in a suite eventually grows its own support inbox, its own ticket list and its own canned replies. That is the same thing built many times, badly.
What we built
One support platform the other products consume, so a customer's history is visible regardless of which product they were using when they wrote in.
What it takes from the platform
The clearest example of the shared-capability model: built once in the product that owns it, consumed by the rest rather than reimplemented.
