Do the products send any data outside Australia?
Some, and each product discloses it. Email, SMS and payment providers (such as SendGrid, Twilio and Stripe) operate internationally. CRMandGo's and BookAndGo's AI features use Anthropic's Claude, which processes outside Australia. ShareAndGo, InspectAndGo and SignAndGo's help assistant run AI on Google Vertex AI in Sydney.
Do the products train AI models on customer data?
No. The MyAndGo Privacy Policy states that the AI providers used for AI features process inputs only to deliver the feature and do not use customer data to train their models.
Do I need a separate account for each product?
No. One MyAndGo account signs you in to every product you use, and one bill covers all of them.

SignAndGo
Is SignAndGo legally binding in Australia?

Can someone check that a SignAndGo document is genuine?
Yes. Each signed document has a verification ID that can be checked at signandgo.com.au/verify without an account, and its hash is timestamped by DigiCert under RFC 3161.
Is there a free version of SignAndGo?
Yes. There is a free plan, and paid plans are priced in Australian dollars excluding GST with no annual commitment. Current prices are on signandgo.com.au.
Is there a SignAndGo app for iPhone or Android?
SignAndGo runs in the browser and installs as a web app on phones. Native iOS and Android apps are not yet on the public app stores.
ShareAndGo
What is ShareAndGo?
ShareAndGo is an Australian virtual data room for sharing confidential documents, such as tax audit material, due diligence files and board packs, with external parties under audited access. It is made by Fintech Development Pty Ltd.
Where does ShareAndGo store documents?
Documents, extracted text, AI search and OCR are stored and processed in Sydney (Google Cloud australia-southeast1). Only email and SMS delivery metadata is handled by overseas sub-processors, not document content.
Is ShareAndGo ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified?
No. It runs on ISO 27001-certified Google Cloud infrastructure, but ShareAndGo itself does not currently hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.
Can I get my documents out of ShareAndGo?
Yes. A full room export is available on every plan, including the free plan, with no export fee.
BookAndGo
Who makes BookAndGo?

How does BookAndGo take payments?
Through Stripe Connect into the business's own Stripe account. BookAndGo charges a 0.5% platform fee, and the business pays Stripe's normal card fees.
Does BookAndGo sync with Google Calendar?
Yes, one way. Confirmed appointments are pushed to each provider's Google Calendar and removed on cancellation. Changes made in Google Calendar do not flow back.
Does BookAndGo use AI?
Yes. Paid plans include an AI chat assistant on the booking page, powered by Anthropic's Claude.
CRMandGo
Is CRMandGo only for mortgage brokers?
No. It began in mortgage broking but offers more than 40 industry packs, across trades, health, professional services, property and finance. Finance-specific features apply only to the finance packs.
Where does CRMandGo store data, and does AI send it overseas?
Customer data is stored in Sydney (Google Cloud australia-southeast1). AI features send the relevant content to Anthropic in the United States under a data processing agreement, disclosed under APP 8. Stripe, SendGrid and Twilio also process some data overseas.
Can CRMandGo answer enquiries for a business?
Yes. Its AI receptionist answers SMS, web chat and voicemail, captures consent and creates a lead with a summary. Consequential actions stay human-confirmed.
Does CRMandGo have an API?
Yes. It has a public REST API (v1) with API keys, HMAC-signed outbound webhooks and a read-only MCP server scoped to the customer's own records.
InspectAndGo
Who operates InspectAndGo?

Where does InspectAndGo process inspection data and AI?
Inspection data is stored in Google Cloud Sydney (australia-southeast1). AI runs on Vertex AI Gemini in the Sydney region, and has done since 16 September 2026.
Can InspectAndGo's AI report on areas that were not inspected?
No. The report engine only describes areas with captured photos, notes or voice notes, and labels any partial report as partial.
Is there an InspectAndGo app?
It installs from the website as a phone app that works offline, with camera, GPS and voice notes. Native App Store and Google Play versions are in development.
MyAndGo
Who is behind MyAndGo?

Can I use just one product?
Yes. Each product works on its own. Subscribing to two or more paid products applies a 20% discount automatically.
How does billing work across the products?
One Stripe account handles every subscription, with one invoice and one payment method, priced in AUD.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
The subscription ends at the close of the billing period and access continues until then. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
