Who it is for
Every customer of every product, whether they think about it or not.
The problem
A suite that shares only a brand is a portfolio. Customers experience it as separate products with separate logins, separate invoices and separate support, which is what most 'suites' actually are.
What we built
The platform holds identity, organisations, roles, entitlement, billing and communications for the whole suite. A product asks the platform who someone is and what they may do; it does not decide for itself.
What it takes from the platform
This IS the platform. It is the asset the products are built on, and the reason adding a twelfth product is a smaller job than building the first.
