- Stored: in Australia. Each live product keeps its customer data in Google Cloud's Sydney region (australia-southeast1).
- Processed overseas: by some delivery and AI services, disclosed by each product. Email, SMS and card payments pass through international providers. Some AI features use providers outside Australia.
- AI training: the AI providers process inputs only to deliver the feature, and do not use customer data to train their models (MyAndGo Privacy Policy).

Why "stored" and "processed" are listed separately
"All data in Australia" is often claimed and rarely true in full. An email notification has to be delivered by an email provider, a card payment by a payment network, and some AI models are only offered from overseas regions. Stating where the data is stored and, separately, which services process it, is the answer a procurement questionnaire actually needs.
Connecting your own AI assistant
SignAndGo, ShareAndGo, CRMandGo and InspectAndGo let a customer connect their own Claude or ChatGPT account through the Model Context Protocol. When a customer does that, the content the assistant reads is sent to that provider under the customer's own agreement with it. SignAndGo asks for consent per envelope and logs every call, ShareAndGo requires the room owner's consent with write access off by default, InspectAndGo asks for consent per inspection, and CRMandGo's connection is read-only and scoped to the customer's own records.
