This website, fintechdevelopment.com.au, is operated by Fintech Development Pty Ltd (ACN 655 608 969, ABN 78 655 608 969), Level 1, 18-20 Knuckey Street, Darwin NT 0800, Australia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fintech Development Pty Ltd.
This policy covers this website only. Our products (MyAndGo, SignAndGo, ShareAndGo and the rest of the suite) have their own privacy policy, which applies when you use them: see the MyAndGo Privacy Policy.
2. Information we collect
This website has no accounts, no forms and no payments. We collect only:
- Usage data: pages visited, how long a visit lasts, how you arrived (for example, a search engine or a link), and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics.
- Device information: browser type, operating system and screen size, collected the same way.
- Email you send us: if you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.

- To reply to messages you send us
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use this website to send marketing, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.
4. Australian Privacy Principles
We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information.
5. Data storage and overseas processing
This website is a set of static pages. It stores no personal information of its own: there is no database behind it.
Usage data is collected and stored by Google Analytics, which processes it on Google's servers, including overseas (currently the United States). We disclose it to Google on the basis of Google's data processing terms, consistent with Australian Privacy Principle 8 (cross-border disclosure).
This is different from our products, which store customer data in Australia (Google Cloud's Sydney region). The product privacy policy linked above has the detail.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Google: as our analytics provider (Google Analytics) and as the host of this website (Firebase Hosting)
- Our email provider: which delivers messages you send us
- Authorities: where the law requires it
7. Data security
Every page is served over HTTPS, so information in transit between your browser and this website is encrypted. Access to our analytics account is restricted to the people who need it.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how this website is used. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) to tell one visit from the next. Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses.
This website sets no other cookies. It has no sign-in, so it needs none to function.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website works the same either way.
9. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of personal information we hold about you
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)
Because Google Analytics data is not linked to a name or email address, we usually cannot identify which analytics records relate to you.
10. Data retention
Google Analytics keeps event-level usage data for no longer than 14 months, the maximum its standard retention setting allows, and then deletes it automatically. Email you send us is kept for as long as we need it to deal with your message and meet our legal obligations.
11. Children's privacy
This website is written for businesses and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
